A Ministry of Manpower (MOM) survey has revealed that currently more workers are getting the chance from their companies to work beyond the retirement age of 62.
The survey was done from September to December last year on retirement and re-employment practices. It comprises of 3,100 companies.
The re-employment contract for workers who turn 62 is not so major.
